I know this isn't quite a Mindful Monday post, but it's something you can feel good about.
And "good food" means something different to all of us. It doesn't have to be diet food; it doesn't have to feel like a restrictive sacrifice. Good food is whatever makes you feel your best. It helps you be your best self. And if something doesn't, begin to transition that out.
Eat good food.
Move as much as you can.
Laugh and smile whenever you get a chance.
Speak to yourself and others with love.
Cherish the positive people in your life.
And enjoy your day (or at least part of it), everyday.
