If you've been reading periodically, I hope it is obvious that this blog is dedicated to helping people recognize mindfulness opportunities and make mindfulness happen in daily life.  Another obvious fact: it is now March.  What better way to maximize these two obvious points than to combine them (while also playing on the tournament...)?

I know that the basketball tournament begins in the latter portion of the month, but mindfulness is so great, we're going to go ALL MONTH LONG (and likely beyond, as that is the entire point)!  The posts will be similar to the regular format, but on days where there is no personal challenge or practice to try, I intend to suggest one.
